Material evaluation
To evaluate the material designed, we will survey the learners and facilitators.
Learner’s survey
This survey will provide us with the learner’s experience with the material. The goal is to receive enough information to decide to either change the material or keep it as is. This survey will be sent every time the learner finishes a session.
We expect that there will be a need to change some of the activities depending on the group that is receiving the program. However, the group of learners that will be receiving the first program is the same group that was analyzed before the sessions were designed. Therefore, no changes might be needed.

Facilitator’s survey
Facilitators will also have the opportunity to share their experience with the material. They will be able to let us know if the activities were appropriate for the goal of the lesson and if the learner’s gained more experience by practicing the new skills with these activities. They will also be able to provide information on the organization of the material and the assessments provided.
Any comments made by the learners and facilitators will be taken in consideration to modify the material as necessary to provide a better program for the employees of the company.
