learner evaluation
The ultimate goal of this program is for the learners to gain new techniques and skills to work effectively as a team. Therefore, being able to evaluate their knowledge is essential to understand if this program was successful.
The learners will be evaluated in 2 different ways. Their short term retention of the material will be assess through the sessions and their long term retention and usage of the techniques and skills will be evaluated by their managers.
During the sessions, they will receive the following assessment:

Their managers will continually observe their employees and work with them daily to make sure that the knowledge provided through the program is being put into practice.
The facilitators and learning manager will continually work with the employee’s managers to make sure they have the right tools to help their teams. If necessary, new programs will be designed for the managers to help them with their coaching and supervisory skills.
