facilitator evaluation
In this specific program, the facilitator plays a key role for the success of the sessions. The facilitator will be provided with the material, but the techniques used to help the learners achieve the goals and objectives of the sessions will depend on the skills of the instructor.
To evaluate the facilitator’s techniques and skills, we will have a learning manager observe the lessons and provide feedback to the facilitator after each session during the first program, and once per program after the second round of trainings. The learners will also have the opportunity to share their experiences with the facilitator after the whole program has been delivered.
Lesson Observation
The facilitator will receive feedback on their use of the resources (handouts, videos, slide shows, etc), their presentation, practice and performance skills, the way they engage with the learners, and the feedback that they provide to the class.
If the facilitator does not perform as required, they will have the opportunity to receive private sessions with the learning manager to improve those skills. However, if those techniques and skills do not get better, the facilitator will be substituted for the success of the program.

Learner’s survey
The learners will also give feedback on the facilitator’s teaching techniques and skills. With this information, we will also be able to understand the learner’s point of view of the facilitators skills to engage with the learners, the techniques used to motivate them and practice the material, and the feedback they gave through the sessions.

The learners will also be surveyed on the facilitator’s knowledge of the material. We do not expect to receive negative information on the facilitator’s knowledge; however, it will be important to receive feedback in this area to ensure that the learners are comfortable with the trainers and the information that they are receiving.
